Common Big Life Decisions:
Career: Starting a new job, quitting a job, changing careers, or pursuing a degree.
Relationships: Getting married, ending a relationship, or starting a new one.
Family: Having or adopting a child, caring for a family member, or making decisions for children.
Personal Growth: Pursuing education, moving to a new state or city, or starting a new business.
Financial: Buying a home or other major purchases.
Health and Well-being: Getting treatment or medication.
Other: Making a decision for a child or caring for a family member.
Making Big Decisions:
Weigh the pros and cons: Consider the potential upsides and downsides of each option.
Set interim review points and milestones: This helps track progress and adjust course if needed.
Seek support and advice: Talk to trusted friends, family, or professionals for different perspectives.
Trust your gut: While gathering information, also listen to your instincts.
Remember there's no perfect choice: Embrace the possibility of different outcomes and learn from your experiences.
Consider your values: Align your decisions with your core beliefs and aspirations.
