We focus on the main important of untwisting the thought process of the common person. Our list comes from "The Feeling Good Handbook" by David D. Burns, M.D. © 1989

The technique is as simple as taking a notebook and a pen and writing down everything that's clogging up your mental space. Allow all your thoughts, feelings, tasks, and notions to spill out onto the page, where you can see them. Write quickly and freely. Don't worry about grammar, spelling, or punctuation.
