S7E6 - New Year Blues To Cheerful WooHoo's
Jan 04, 2024
McCahill & Jeremy

It’s well known that the third Monday every January is dubbed ‘Blue Monday’ - allegedly the most depressing day of the year. For 2024, it’s worth making a note in your calander that Blue Monday will fall on the 15th January 2024.

So what can organisations do to boost morale and mental health in the workplace to help employees to get through Blue Monday?

  1. Create a fun event
  2. Encourage staff to take lunch and breaks
  3. Recognise good work
  4. Keep happiness levels up throughout the year

We also want you to focus on your dreams for the year. The way in which we work and carry ourselves will shape how we look upon the year. The more we better ourselves the more it benefits the people around us and the community.

We hope you enjoy this and consider helping out!
